Pay a Parking Ticket

Other payment options

Write the parking ticket number on the front of your cheque or money order and make it payable to the City of Kingston. Returned cheques may result in an extra fee. Allow ample time for delivery and mail your payment, along with the ticket, to the following address:

You can pay your ticket in-person at the City Hall Payment Centre (216 Ontario St), Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

If you want to drop-off a payment, put the ticket in an envelope with a cheque or money order and drop it into the collection box on the door of City Hall's Market Street entrance. We do not accept cash payments in the collection box. Remember to write the parking ticket number on the front of the cheque or money order and make it payable to the City of Kingston. Returned cheques may result in an extra fee.

Trial option 

To file a Notice of Intention to Appear in Court, you or your representative must visit City Hall in person during regular business hours.
