Confederation Basin

The marina is closed from October 15, 2024 until May 1, 2025.

An update on the federally-owned LaSalle Causeway's repairs can be found on the Government of Canada's website.

Confederation Basin Marina is located in downtown Kingston, in front of City Hall, behind the Shoal Tower, and across the water from Fort Henry. It has 350 slip finger docks accommodating power and sailboats up to 30 metres (100 feet).

Kingston is known as the freshwater sailing capital of North America, situated where the Rideau River and Lake Ontario meet the St. Lawrence River. This marina is ideally located in downtown Kingston, close to theatres, shops, restaurants, museums and nightlife.
