How to use DASH
DASH (Development and Services Hub) is our online portal for submitting and reviewing development applications. It's designed to provide our customers and community with faster and more accurate information.
With DASH, you can register as a user and easily submit and manage your planning applications online. Here's what you can do with DASH:

You can also complete a survey through DASH, or in person. As well as call us and speak with a representative.
I can’t activate my account, what should I do?
When you sign up, we will send you a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder. If it is not there, you can send an email to contactus@cityofkingston.ca or call 613-546-4291 ext. 3280 (Building Services) or ext. 3180 (Planning Services) to activate your account manually.
