We want to hear from you! City launches Customer Service and Expectations Survey
The City is seeking feedback from Kingston community members on current satisfaction levels with customer service, expectations of response times, and ways to enhance customer service delivery across the organization. This input will help City staff review and update its Customer Service Strategy, which was first introduced in 2016.
“When you need information or assistance accessing City services, your first point of contact is with our Customer Experience team, whether it’s by email, phone or our online service request portal,” said Emily Caird, Manager, Customer Experience. “We invite everyone to take the survey and share what you believe is working well and where the City can make improvements to better serve and support the community
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is available on Get Involved Kingston, the City’s public engagement site. Residents who complete the survey by 4 p.m. on Dec. 12 can be entered into a draw for a $100 Visa gift card, just in time for the holidays.
Alongside the survey, you have the opportunity to share ideas on how the City can enhance customer service and also answer a quick poll on technologies you’d like to see the Customer Experience team adopt in the future.
