Temporary noise exemption request: Emmons and Mitchell

The City of Kingston has received a request from Emmons and Mitchell located at 166 Brock St., for a temporary noise exemption for construction based drilling, hammering and cutting on Dec. 1, 2024. The requested exemption times are:
  • Sunday, Dec. 1, 2024: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.
We invite the public to submit any comments or concerns regarding this noise exemption request. Please direct your feedback to Steve Mothersell, Manager, Enforcement Services (SMothersell@CityofKingston.ca), by Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2024 at 12 p.m.
