Kingston Transit offers free fares all day and extended evening service on New Year’s Eve

This New Year’s Eve, Kingston Transit invites the community to plan their ride and celebrate safely. On Dec. 31, everyone can ride for free at any time on all routes.

Transit will operate on a regular weekday schedule. After the clock strikes midnight, get home safely on one of the following routes running an extended service as late as 3 a.m.:

  • Routes 1, 2, 7 and 31/32
  • Express 501/502, 601/602 and 701/702.

Leave your car at home and connect to the many activities around the city all day, including the free K-Town Countdown sponsored by David Gouett Dentistry. Pre-plan your trip using the trip planning tool on KingstonTransit.ca or the Transit app.
