Please be advised that the Draft 2024 Development Charges Background Study and proposed by-law has been posted for review on Get Involved Kingston. A public meeting of Council will be held on Feb. 4, 2025. Council will consider adoption of the background study and passage of the by-law on Feb. 18, 2025.
