Pet Licences
Pit bulls are regulated under the province’s Dog Owners Liability Act. Learn more about these regulations on Ontario's website.
A pet licence shows responsible pet ownership and helps keep you and your pet, plus our community and other animals safe. It is your pet’s identification and must be visible on their collar. This helps others find their home address if they ever get lost.
We have partnered with DocuPet to offer an online pet licensing program. This makes it easy for responsible pet owners to get their licence and earn rewards for doing so! Your pet licence tag will be conveniently mailed to you, and you will start earning online rewards immediately.
