Portsmouth Olympic Harbour

The marina is open from May 1 until October 15, 2024

Portsmouth Olympic Harbour is located just minutes from historic Portsmouth Village and provides a peaceful park-like setting with waterfront walkways. It was built for the 1976 Olympics and continues to host Canadian Olympic Training Regattas and community events.

Portsmouth Olympic Harbour offers 250 slip finger docks for boats, both power and sail, up to 100 feet long. There are also dry sail berths for winter storage.

There are meeting rooms onsite for rent for a fee, available when the marina is open from May to October.

You can use the boat launch for free, thanks to support from Visit Kingston.

Transient booking

To make a booking request, you will need to provide your contact information, vessel details and your preferred dates. However, the request does not guarantee a reservation.

Requests during marina season (May to October):

Please submit your request at least 48 hours before your desired arrival date. Unreserved spots are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Requests during off-season (October to May):

Booking requests are processed in the order received when the marina reopens for the season. Our staff will contact you at that time to secure your non-refundable first night's deposit.

Summer mooring

For summer mooring, you are required to have insurance. An additional charge applies if connecting to shore power.

Launch / haul out

To ensure timely processing, please submit your applications ten business days before the haul-out/launch date. Additionally, the full balance for haul-out fees, winter storage fees, proof of insurance, and a signed contract must be provided five days prior to the haul-out/launch day. A non-refundable deposit of $150 for haul-out only, $150 for winter storage only, or $300 for both haul-out and winter storage is required.

We will also need proof of $2 million watercraft liability insurance or $2 million protection indemnity insurance on all watercraft.
