Fitness Centres

There are no closures of any fitness centres.

Use of the fitness equipment and classes at our fitness centres requires a membership. Multiple membership options are available, including our SPARK affordable Fit Pass.

The Artillery Park Fitness Centre and the INVISTA Centre offer personal training services.

Artillery Park Fitness Centre

Located at 382 Bagot St., this facility offers a 25-metre lap pool, a 15-metre leisure pool, a gymnasium, cardio and weight equipment and a variety of programs for you to enjoy.

Hours of Operation

Monday to Friday: 6 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.

  • The fitness room offers cardio and strength training equipment, a cardio theatre, men’s and women’s change rooms and full/half or wallet day lockers.
  • The gymnasium features a traverse climbing wall, basketball nets, court lines, rubber flex flooring and assorted equipment.
  • Sauna (schedule dependent)
  • There are three meeting rooms:
      • A multipurpose room with 100-person capacity, rubber flex flooring and a counter with a sink.
      • A pool-side meeting room with 20-person capacity.
      • A board room with 10-person capacity.
  • Large lobby and gathering areas outside the aquatic and fitness centre with natural lighting and Wi-Fi access.
  • The facility offers limited free onsite parking.
  • Located on a bus route with bus stops on Bagot Street at the building entrance and on Montreal Street at Ordnance Street.
  • Two Level 2 EV charging stations.

INVISTA Centre

Located at 1350 Gardiners Rd., the INVISTA Centre features ice rinks, a fitness centre and CaraCo Home Field track and field facility.
