Fitness Programs

We provide a range of fitness programs and classes to accommodate a variety of needs. Drop-in when you can or register in advance to secure your spot. 

Regular drop-in fees apply to non-members. Some fitness programs are included in Fit Pass memberships. Get more information about memberships and fees.

Fitness classes  

Fitness classes, led by certified instructors, are group exercise sessions aimed at improving physical fitness. Options range from Hatha yoga to gentle stretching. For cardio and weight enthusiasts there is aerobics ambush, kettlebell, and core.
